The beautiful and glowing Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib in Chandni Chowk was constructed in 1783 by Baghel Singh to commemorate the martyrdom site of the ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur, who was beheaded on the orders of the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb in 1675.
