The whopping 141-foot high Akshardham Mandir is the primary attraction of the Swaminarayan Akshardham complex located in Delhi. It is entirely constructed from Rajasthani pink sandstone and Italian Carrara marble and is designed in accordance with the standards of Maharishi Vastu architecture. It was officially opened on 6th November 2005 by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
